Our Story
My name is Carroll Dawson and Fallbrook has always been home for me. I grew up here, learned the value of hard work from local builders and small business owners, and eventually started my own construction company right here in town. What began as small remodels and fencing jobs grew into a full-service general contracting business specializing in hardscapes, decks and ADU's.
Now I raise my family in the same community that raised me, I take pride in helping my neighbors transform their homes - one solid, well-built project at a time.
